What should I expect from my first session?

Your first Pranic Healing session can be a transformative experience, as it involves a skilled practitioner working with your energy to promote balance and well-being. Here's what you can generally expect from your first Pranic Healing session:

Initial Assessment: The session typically begins with a brief discussion between you and the Pranic Healer. They may ask about your physical and emotional concerns, medical history, and any specific issues you'd like to address during the session. This initial assessment helps the practitioner understand your needs.

Non-Touch Healing: Pranic Healing is typically a non-touch modality. The practitioner will use their hands to make sweeping motions above your body without physical contact. This helps them cleanse and balance your energy field.

Post-Session Discussion: After the healing work is complete, the Pranic Healer may discuss their findings with you and offer recommendations for self-care or follow-up sessions. They might also suggest specific exercises or techniques to maintain and enhance your energy balance.

Sensations: During the session, you might experience various sensations, such as tingling, warmth, or coolness, as the healer works with your energy. These sensations are normal and often indicate energy shifts.

Release of Emotions: It's possible that you may release pent-up emotions during or after the session. This is a natural part of the healing process, and the practitioner will support you through it.

Healing Time: The effects of Pranic Healing can vary from person to person. Some people experience immediate relief, while others may require multiple sessions for lasting results. The healer will discuss this with you.

How should I prepare for my first pranic healing session?

Communicate Your Needs: During the initial discussion with the practitioner, be clear and honest about your concerns and expectations. Share any relevant medical history or emotional issues that you'd like to address during the session.

Dress Comfortably: Wear loose and comfortable clothing to your session. This will allow you to relax easily and make it more comfortable for the practitioner to work with your energy field. 

Be Open and Receptive: Approach the session with an open mind and a willingness to receive healing energy. Before the session, turn off your mobile phone or any other electronic device to minimize distractions and create a serene environment.
